This warm, creamy barbecue chicken dip is the perfect appetizer for backyard cookouts, game days, or casual gatherings. Tender shredded chicken is blended with tangy barbecue sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, and sharp cheddar, then baked until hot, bubbly, and golden. Serve it with corn chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for an irresistible crowd-pleaser. For an extra smoky twist, substitute shredded leftover barbecue ribs for the chicken.
